Our Process

Soft wash process - siding and other delicate structures

Low pressure process where a soap and industry standard solution is applied to the home to kill and remove the organic growth like mold, mildew, algae, moss, lichen, etc. This gentle process is much safer than blasting a house with high pressure which can force water into places it should not go. This is applied and rinsed under low pressure.

Power/pressure washing - hard surfaces such as concrete, poly fence and decking, stone, etc,

Pressure washing is a process where higher pressure is used to help physically remove dirt and grime. High pressure is primarily used on hard surfaces like concrete. A soap/algaecide can also be part of this process to kill and remove any organic growth.

Roof cleaning

It's important to remove these things to help keep your roof dry and prevent future damage. It also greatly improves the curb appeal of your home. This is all done under low pressure. High pressure is NOT used and should not be used.
